Anna: I'm not fond of labels, be it labeling people, or on food products. I prefer to eat what I can pronounce. On this blog what you will not find are: Meat, Dairy, Eggs, Cheese, or anything out of a can, a box, or a bag that need an ingredient list (meaning prefab foods). We make everything from scratch, and enjoy doing it. Not that I have a issue with people that eat things I don't everyone must make their own choices. For health reasons WE are what WE eat. My only hope is that you can find inspiration, and perhaps the desire to make something on this blog. You will find occasionally some Fish, Shrimp, Scallops, and Squid. Even if you don't eat seafood you will find plenty of alternatives, and maybe new ideas that can be worked into your own lifestyle and kitchen. Enjoy!
